Furniture Availability FAQ
Why is furniture taking longer than usual to arrive?
We have always held ourselves to a very high standard when it comes to furniture availability. More than 90% of our furniture and home decor is made by U.S. manufacturers. Thanks to these close partnerships, we have historically been able to fulfill orders within a matter of days to a few weeks.
Today supply chains are strained across many industries. Raw materials like foam are in short supply. In addition, unprecedented demand is impacting us and our manufacturing partners’ ability to fulfill orders quickly.
Should I order early?
Yes, we encourage you to order early to allow for longer than normal wait times. Some items continue to be in stock and available for delivery, while many of our popular items are out of stock for an extended time. The dates shown on our product pages are the best availability estimates for new orders.
Will you keep in touch with me about my order status?
We work closely with our manufacturing partners to anticipate any issues and share the most accurate lead times to you. Once you place an order, we will contact you by email if there are any changes to your estimated delivery timing.
Will your team be wearing a mask during my furniture delivery?
As a precaution, our delivery teams will wear masks until masks are no longer required for anyone in your local area. Even if masks are not required locally, our team will gladly wear masks at your request.
How long will I wait for delivery once my items are available?
Once your items are available, we will contact you to schedule your full-service delivery. If you live near a store, we can typically deliver to you within six to ten days. If you don't live near a store, delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks.
What items can be shipped to me via UPS?
We ship via UPS for items like office chairs, dining chairs, bedding and other decor. Larger pieces, like sofas or dressers, cannot be shipped through UPS because of their size and the risk of damage.
Can I pick up my order from your delivery center?
Yes, you may pick up your order from your local delivery center. Please contact us to switch an existing order to pick-up or place a new order for pick-up; this option is not available online. Please bring blankets and tie-downs as not all items are boxed or wrapped.

Are masks required in your stores?
We are following CDC guidelines and state or local mandates for mask requirements. Please reference information specific to the area to determine if masks are required at the store where you’d like to shop. Even though masks may not be required, we welcome you to wear a mask if it helps you feel more comfortable or if you are not vaccinated. Additionally, our Design Associates are always happy to wear a mask at your request.
Are you offering free design services?
Yes, free design services are available in person at our stores or from the comfort of your home by phone or virtual video conference. Schedule an appointment to get started.
