DAY 1 – LISBON | SINTRA

Arrival at Lisbon International Airport. Assistance at Lisbon Airport and pick up rental car at the rental. Car desk. Sintra is, by excellence, the most mystical and romantic destination in Portugal and considered a Unesco World Heritage Site. His sudden and mysterious mists; the farms, palaces and mansions that dot the green of the mountains; and the novels, poems and other works of art he has already inspired; have helped to make this village a unique destination, magical and absolutely enthralling. Sintra, the famous British poet and traveler Lord Byron that wrote that is "perhaps in every respect the most delightful in Europe”. Lunch & Dinner free. DAY 2 – SINTRA

Breakfast at the hotel. Sintra is a picturesque Portuguese village, located in the center of the hills of the Serra de Sintra. This slightly cooler climate attracted the nobility and elite of Portugal, whose build exquisite palaces, extravagant residences and decorative gardens. In the historical center there are beautiful cobbled streets, filled with shops and traditional cafes. In Sintra there is different visits according to your preferences and interests as: The National Palace of Sintra, with medieval architecture, Gothic, Manueline, Renaissance and romantic; The National Palace of Pena of the nineteenth century, represents one of the main expressions of romanticism, was considered the most beautiful "castle" in Europe by the European Best Destinations Tourism Organization. DAY 3 – SINTRA | MAFRA | ÓBIDOS

Breakfast at the hotel. Mafra has one of the most magnificent monuments in the whole world: the Palácio Nacional de Mafra, also known as the Convento de Mafra. This monumental complex contains a basilica, a monastery and a palace, and is the most important masterpiece of Portuguese Baroque. Its 40,000 m2 took 27 years to be built, work being concluded in 1744. The two carillons and six organs are quite unique and the Library, which contains more than 38,000 books, many rare, is considered the most beautiful in the country. On your way to Óbidos, one of the most picturesque and well preserved in Portugal. Already occupied before the Romans arrived in the Iberian Peninsula, the town became more prosperous from the moment it was chosen by the royal family and classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Siteone of the most picturesque and well preserved in Portugal. Overnight at the hotel Pousada Castle of Óbidos, with an enormous historical importance and includes medieval features from the 9th century.  The castle was given as a wedding present by King D. Dinis to Queen Santa Isabel during their wedding that took place on site. This castle is one of the most impressive and romantic sites of this trip.

DAY 4 – ÓBIDOS | ALCOBAÇA | BATALHA | BUSSACO

Breakfast at the hotel. Within walls, we find a labyrinth of streets and white houses that enchant those who walk there, considered 7 wonders of Portugal. Between Manueline porticoes, flowered windows and small openings, there are several reasons to visit, good examples of the religious and civil architecture of the village's golden age. The Mother Church of Santa Maria, the Church of Mercy, the Church of San Pedro, the Pelourinho and, outside of walls, the Aqueduct and the Sanctuary of the Lord Jesus of the Stone, of round plant, are some of the monuments that justify an attentive visit, As well as the Municipal Museum of Óbidos. Next stop the World Heritage Monuments of Alcobaça & Batalha not to be missed before getting to the Bussaco. Lunch free. Degustation dinner paired with the great wines and their Sommelier of the Bussaco production. Overnight at the hotel Bussaco Palace, and be the guest at the Royal Palace, an authentic fairy tale castle in an enchanted forest. This legendary castle was built between 1888 and 1912 for the last Kings of Portugal.

DAY 5 – BUSSACO | PORTO | GUIMARÃES

Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy knowing the city of Porto and its charms. It is one of the oldest tourist destinations in Europe unfolding in landscapes of singular beauty. Ribeira, located by the river Douro, is part of the historical center of Porto, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enjoy the environment that enhances its modernity and architectural granite strength. To visit, wishing oneself, the Church of San Francisco and the Palace of the Stock Exchange. Discover Porto is to find many surprises, namely the contrast between the traditional and the modern of its exclusive spaces, leisure, esplanades, museums, boats and Port Wine. Continue to Guimarães, considered the Cradle of the Nation. Lunch & dinner free. Overnight at the hotel Pousada of Guimarães, an ancient 12th-century Augustinian Monastery with fantastic views of the city.

DAY 6 – GUIMARÃES | VIDAGO

Breakfast at the hotel. Guimarães is a historic city with a crucial role in the formation of Portugal where D. Afonso Henriques, the first king of Portugal, chose this ancient Roman city as the capital of the Kingdom after its victory in the Battle of São Mamede in 1128. Known as " Cradle of the Nation ", Guimarães is a fascinating place to visit, with its proud castle and well-preserved medieval quarter. The center of the city was classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2001. This charming historic city is a labyrinth of winding alleyways flanked by old houses decorated with statuary leading the beautiful main square, the church of Nossa Senhora da Oliveira, and the old Ducal Palace of the XV century and Burgundian style. On your way to Vidago, situated in the shadow of the Padrela hills, in a fertile valley on the banks of the Ribeira de Oura river, Vidago is a small spa town, in days gone by the favoured haunt of royalty and nobility. Lunch & dinner free. Overnight at the hotel Vidago Palace, designed last century, during the reign of King Carlos I, the Vidago Palace Hotel was opened for the first time in 1910 offering an ambience of art worship and an atmosphere worthy of kings!

DAY 7 – VIDAGO

Breakfast at the hotel. Relax and self-explore. Lunch & dinner free.

Overnight at the hotel Vidago Palace.

DAY 8 – VIDAGO / PORTO

Breakfast at the hotel. Back to Porto. Overnight at the hotel Pousada do Freixo, classified in 1910 as a National Monument, is a unique example of Baroque architecture, with about 10 thousand m2 of gardens and green spaces offering breathtaking views of the River Douro.

DAY 9 – DEPARTURE FROM PORTO AIRPORT

Breakfast at the hotel. Continue to Porto and drop off Rental car at LPorto Airport.
